Thanks for choosing ZTiming & Logistics to support your event! By entering an event we time, or by using our services, you agree to these simple terms.
Taking part in events
- Joining any event is at your own risk — please make sure you’re fit, healthy, and prepared.
- We’ll do everything we can to deliver accurate results, but sometimes technical issues or human error may occur. Final results will always be confirmed by the organisers.
Entries and payments
- Event entries and timing services may require online payment.
- Payments are processed securely by our trusted partners. We never store card details.
- Unless stated otherwise by the event, entry fees and service fees are non-refundable.
Results, photos & video
- We work hard to provide fair and transparent timing. Please respect the process — no tampering with timing chips, bibs, or results systems.
- Results, event photos, and finish line video (including CCTV footage) may be published online so athletes, organisers, and supporters can celebrate and verify the event.
- By entering an event, you consent to this usage.
Our role
- We provide timing and logistics support, but the event organisers are responsible for the overall running of the event.
- We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages connected to participation, unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
Intellectual property
- Our logos, timing systems, and data remain the property of ZTiming & Logistics. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

- We may update these Terms & Conditions as we grow. The most recent version will always be available here.
